"ModelSigns Black Friday 2024" Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions refer to the "ModelSigns Black Friday Week" sale on the modelsigns.uk website and do not cover any other discounts from any other points of sale, e.g. eBay.
Summary
*Offer 1) A free domestic UK delivery option is available on orders with a value over £50. The discount is automatically applied to your order.
**Offer 2) Once spending over £30 a 20% discount is available using code 'BLACKFRIDAY24' at checkout.
These offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
The offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ModelSigns reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time, cancel or refuse an individuals benefit from it and to amend these terms and conditions.
This offer is valid until further notice and during promotional times may increase or decrease the percentage discount issued.
If you chose to return or cancel any part of your order meaning the total for your remainder of your order drops below the thresholds listed in Offer 1 or Offer 2 (listed above), other than when an item is defective or damaged, the appropriate delivery or discount offered will be deducted from your refund.
Discount
1.1 The discount code enables the user to redeem the discount code at modelsigns.uk in order to receive a discount against the purchase price of included items.
1.2 The discount is available on non-customisable products listed on the modelsigns.uk site. The discount cannot be used for our bespoke sign service. The discount will also not be accepted through our eBay store.
1.3 The discount doesn't apply to any applicable postage costs or import duty/taxes.
1.4 The nominal discount value is 20% off current item price on the modelsigns.uk store, this is subject to change.
1.5 The order must total at least £30.00 (excluding postage) before the 20% discount can be redeemed.
Promotion Period
2.1 The discount code will be valid until 23:59 GMT on Tues 03/12/24.
2.2 The specific discount code required is subject to change.
2.3 The discount may be terminated at any time by ModelSigns.
Eligibility
3.1 The discount is able to be used one time per customer.
3.2 In the event that the discount code is used on a subsequent occasion, ModelSigns reserve the right to revoke the discount or cancel the order.
3.3 The discount MUST NOT be used for trade or business purposes. If this is suspected the discount may be revoked at the discretion of ModelSigns. This may result in the cancellation of the order.
