Delivery policy

We aim to dispatch most orders within 5 working days.

We're a small business operating alongside full time shift-based work, so it may occasionally take us a little longer. This is especially true at busier times of the year as we see an increase in orders and communication from you, our valued customers.

Postage Options

United Kingdom

Small Order Post - Untracked - The value option for smaller orders. Usually Royal Mail.

Standard - Tracked/Untracked - Usually a 72h (from time of dispatch) service, may or may not include tracking information.

Express - Tracked - A 24/48h (from time of dispatch) tracked service.

Rest of the World

Economy Post - Untracked

This service has an expected delivery time of:

Western Europe - Up to 2 weeks

Eastern Europe - Up to 5 weeks

North America - Up to 6 weeks

South America, Africa and Asia - Up to 8 weeks

Australia - Up to 12 weeks


Priority Post - Untracked

This service has an expected delivery time of:

Europe - 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

Rest of World - 6 to 7 working days after dispatch

 

Priority Post - Tracked

This service has an expected delivery time of:

Europe - 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

Rest of World - 6 to 7 working days after dispatch

 

Please note, for international orders we are able to offer more services (i.e. express couriers) but these will be priced on an order by order basis. We may also be able to offer a cheaper price than that listed on the automatic price calculator, especially for destinations such as the Republic of Ireland, so please get in touch using the contact form.

 

Our postage options and prices vary depending on the items and the quantities of the item(s) you have purchased. Please note, while we have tried to automate the postage selection system as much as possible, it is possible that (especially for international orders) a mistake may occasionally be made that may lead to an incompatible service being sold. In this instance we will always try to send your order by an appropriate alternative service, however, when this isn't possible we may kindly request a postage supplement be paid, although if you do not wish to pay this, we will of course cancel and refund the order to you.
